Refund & Cancellation Policy

To provide clarity and transparency, we have developed a cancellation policy that aims to balance the needs of our guests with the operational requirements of our motorhome site. This policy has been crafted with your convenience in mind, allowing you to make adjustments to your reservations while also enabling us to maintain the high standards of service that you deserve. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

1. Full refund will be given with more than 48 hours notice (via email, whatsapp or phone)

2. 50% refund for cancellations between 24 and 48 hours notice

3. No refund within 24 hours of arrival

4. Bookings are considered to start at 5pm on day of booking
